Terrance K. Holt is a native of Northern Illinois, with a strong family heritage of Midwestern agricultural and technology businesses. He is General Partner of Red Barn Investments, a private equity fund investing Holt family assets.
Mr. Holt's prior work experience was predominantly technology focused; with management and marketing experience at IBM, ROLM, Xerox and Amoco. Terry was also the founder of Interface Software, a software firm specializing in Relationship Intelligence for professional services firms. Interface was sold to LexisNexis, a division of Reed Elsevier Inc., in December of 2004.
Mr. Holt serves on the Board of Directors of SCO Logistics. He received an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from Michigan State University. In addition, he has studied extensively the domain of workflow technologies and business process redesign.
