Terrance K. Holt is a native of Northern Illinois, with a strong family heritage of Midwestern agricultural and technology businesses. He is General Partner of Red Barn Investments, a private equity fund investing Holt family assets.
Mr. Holt's prior work experience was predominantly technology focused; with management and marketing experience at IBM, ROLM, Xerox and Amoco. Terry was also the founder of Interface Software, a software firm specializing in Relationship Intelligence for professional services firms. Interface was sold to LexisNexis, a division of Reed Elsevier Inc., in December of 2004.
Mr. Holt received an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from Michigan State University. In addition, he has studied extensively the domain of workflow technologies and business process redesign.
